Art & Scraps is a mobile app concept for Art & Scraps, a nonprofit that reuses industrial scraps for art and education. The project focused on improving access to materials, workshops, and resources through a simple and community driven platform. Research showed the need for clear navigation and spaces where users could share and learn. The prototype included a catalog for materials, a hub for events, and educational tools for families and educators. The outcome highlights how design can expand a nonprofit’s reach beyond its physical space, balancing user needs with organizational goals and showing how digital tools can build stronger community connections.
